Why should I register with the Digital_lab JRC platform?

The CCR Digital-Lab platform is accessible to anyone, if you want to download content, buy products and have the opportunity to enjoy the professional growth and networking experiences proposed, we need to inform you about the terms of use and the general terms, which is why we ask you to register and accept the terms indicated.

How does pre-subscription to a course work?

It is only possible to pre-subscribe to schools lasting more than 30 hours. The Schools are composed of an in-person module and an online module that can be purchased together or separately. At the time of application, it is necessary to specify whether you are interested in the online module, or the in-person module or the complete course (online module + module in person). After subscribing you will receive an e-mail with the instructions for the registration to the course.

What payment methods can I use?

To purchase a course you can use Paypal, credit/debit card and bank transfer. We are sorry but for the moment we cannot manage payments made with the Teacher’s Card or 18app.

Can I request a refund?

In case of cancellation of the registration to a course within 14 days of purchase, a refund equal to 100% of the paid fee will be issued or a discount code equal to 100% of the paid fee spendable in a single solution for other Services or products of the site. In the event that the course is canceled due to CCR, the refund is 100% of the fee paid or a voucher of equal value, at the discretion of the Customer. The request for cancellation/ withdrawal and refund must be sent by e-mail to training@ccrdigital-lab.it specifying in the subject: “Courses: cancellation/ registration withdrawal and order number”.

How can I tell if the course is suitable for my needs?

What do the Courses include?

By purchasing one of our courses you will have access to all the materials provided by the teachers and you will have access to the recordings of the lessons for the 7 days following the date of the lesson.

What happens if, after buying a course, I can’t attend a Live lesson?

The Live courses are online live streaming lessons so, to be able to ask questions and share ideas with lecturers and fellow students and enjoy the best of the course, live attendance is recommended. If for personal/professional needs you are unable to attend a lesson: no problems, you can review it online within 7 days after the lesson.

Are certificates issued at the end of the courses?

At the end of the courses provided in live-streaming, the School of Advanced Training and Study of the Conservation and Restoration Center, issues an attendance certificate signed by the Director.

I purchased a course, what happens now?

After purchasing a course, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and payment details (direct confirmation for payments by credit card or paypal, instructions to finalize the payment for payments by bank transfer). 

Once you have received the confirmation, you can view your purchases by opening the relevant product pages on the platform or from your personal area, after logging in. 

If the product is associated with a live-streaming event you can access the virtual room, from the link published on the course page, ten minutes before the beginning of the webinar.
