Properly installed system drivers especially sound card drivers (if any).

During the course the user must not navigate on other sites and must keep all windows of the platform open. Otherwise, anomalies may occur in the computer tracking.

To enjoy live streaming and/or on demand content, you must have a speaker or headset. A webcam and microphone are also required.

Marketing consent

I authorise the Fondazione Centro Conservazione e Restauro dei Beni Culturali La Venaria Reale to the processing of data for marketing purposes and commercial offers by the same Owner, relating to its products and services (direct marketing), promotional activities and initiatives (e.g. events, competitions etc.) using "traditional" and "automated" forms of contact (article 130 c. 1 and 2 of the D.Lgs 196/03 and s.m.i.)

Profile consent

I authorise the Owner to identify usage habits and tendencies, to create single or group profiles also for research and statistical analysis, for customer satisfaction purposes in order to increase the correspondence of the services provided to the customer needs and send commercial communications and personalised promotional offers.
